Environmental Policy
A&B Engineering Limited has a policy to develop a culture throughout the business, which is committed to the prevention of injuries and ill health of our employees and others who may be affected by our work, and to prevent any damages or loss to the environment.
We carry out our activities in a way that acknowledges our responsibilities to and for the environment, both during our operations and over the lifetimes of the facilities that our installations service.
We accept and are committed to ensuring compliance with the requirements of The Environmental Protection Act and the Local Environmental Officer. The company will therefore pursue the best environmental practices whenever and wherever practicable.
We conduct Risk Assessments, Control Hazardous Substances and ensure that the relevant COSHH Assessment Sheets are included in project Health & Safety Files. We encourage the concept of re-use and recycle in both our office and site environments wherever practical.
Individual projects are assessed for any potential environmental impact prior to commencing.
