The Buddleia project, now known as the “Novas Contemporary Urban Centre,” has been developed over the last 7 years in partnership with local community groups and the City of Liverpool. The Grade II listed building has been transformed into the CUC for the local community and it now houses art galleries, office space, a music venue, a cinema and bars and restaurants. The success of this project was partly down to the affinity and understanding of A&B Eng, Mansells and the locally based architect and consultant.
