The installation consists of a fully modulating under-floor heating / air conditioning system that's serves the fine dinning and brasserie areas, the domestic services serve the bar area and the kitchen supplied via the hotel complete with the associated drainage system. The kitchen gas supply is from the existing hotel supply and is fully interlocked to the kitchen ventilation system.

Electrical:

In conjunction with the electrical installation within the Main Hotel Particular attention was afforded to the Chefs requirements within the Kitchen and dinning areas. Close liaison was required with kitchen fit out specialist to ensure all power requirements for kitchen appliances where integrated within the kitchen assemblies. This included both three phase and single phase outlets with remote switching to avoid hazardous operation.

Supplies where also integrated within the Kitchen canopy arrangement for both supply and extract air supplies. All lighting and emergency lighting was selected for both illumination requirements and selection for appropriate environment in which they are used to enable ease of cleaning and maintenance. Within the seating area lighting was controlled by means of a variable scene selector to provide different mood settings together with feature lighting to the glazed sculpture at the dining room entrance.
