Introduction:
During the summer of 2006, the existing Main Entrance Reception area and the Engineering Building at Byrom Street Campus were refurbished. A&B Engineering were responsible for the upgrade of mechanical services in both areas, working in association with Whitfield & Brown.
Mechanical:
Works included the re-routing of existing heating, ventilation and domestic hot and cold water services, as well as the new installation of fan convectors, supply and extract ventilation systems and sanitaryware installations. A&B Engineering liaised closely with Owen Ellis Partnership to ensure the mechanical services requirements of the refurbished areas were fully catered for.
