This new build school has replaced the existing Park Brow Primary school with a modern learning space covering 3,000 sqm. The building is designed to create light open spaces internally with a central open plan seating area. A number of sustainable features have been installed including a bio mass boiler, mono-draught natural vent system and PV cells. The target to reach a BREEAM rating of Very Good has been achieved.
