The picturesque village of Brockhallis home to the Blackburn Rovers Youth Soccer Academy. The Academy complex consists of the Academy building itself, an indoor astroturf playing facility and a residential block. A&B Engineering carried out all the mechanical services installation across all three facilities.

The main building consists of changing rooms, medical facilities, a gymnasium and swimming pool. The indoor sports facility provided a number of issues relating to the positioning and protection of heaters, vent equipment etc. These issues were resolved by the team on site. The residential block is a typical, if not large, domestic type installation. Mechanical works
