Having been the original Mechanical and Electrical services contractor in 1994 when the centre was built, A&B returned to the existing building to install some new laboratories recently.
A&B supplied the following services to this project:-
Mechanical
- Installation of new Fan Coil Unit system to laboratories
- New LTHW system
- New CWS system
- Upgrade of controls system
- Replacement of actuators, control wiring and sensors
- New dedicated controls
- Ventilation via the installation of a new heat recovery vent system
