Work is now completed on the Werneth LIFT project and A&B Engineering are proud to have been associated with the build and the team delivering it. We have undertaken many projects with Mansell over the years and we work together well as a construction team, complimenting each others capabilities and working with one aim to provide a quality build for the client.
The Centre replaces four existing GP practices and will enable a fifth to relocate within the surrounding area of the site. The Centre includes a dentist surgery, a wide range of health and wellbeing services as well as a pharmacy and specialist community-based service centre, all under one roof. It provides services for approximately 20,000 patients.
The construction received a BREEAM “excellent” rating.
