Introduction:

Since 2001 we have had an association with De-Vere hotels. Mechanical services installations and modifications have ranged from the £1 Million fit out of the Whites Hotel at the Reebok Stadium Bolton to the refurbishment of the kitchen at Cameron House, Loch Lomond, Scotland.

Mechanical:

Several projects have been completed at Herons Reach, Blackpool including the ground floor conversion to conference rooms, the refurbishment of the golf bar and restaurant and the upgrade of the bedrooms.

At The Village hotel in Whiston, Liverpool, we were commissioned to supply and install 60 new hot water cylinders to serve the bedrooms/bathrooms. Point of use extract fans were installed to each and every bathroom.

Carden Park Nr Chester required our services to replace the existing 50,000 litre cold water storage tank. All new pipework was installed in Aquatherm UPVC pipework and insulated on completion.

All of the refurbishment work at De-Vere Hotels have been carried out whilst the particular hotel continued to trade as normal. The consideration of the hotel, it's guests and staff were of paramount importance whilst we were on site.
