Introduction:

The project comprised of a two storey business lounge and additional works to the search comb and carousel six areas of the main terminal building.

Mechanical:

Ducted air conditioning cassette units to terminal grilles and ceiling mounted cassette units were installed and fully integrated into the airports BMS system.
Within the business lounge there was a new mains cold water supply and public health drainage system installed.

Electrical:

The building comprised of a pre-installed lighting, distribution and local power outlets. The brief was to install all sub-mains to local boards, interconnecting wiring to lighting and power and to install a comprehensive security and fire alarm package inc. door access, CCTV and a full integrated Data & Communication installation.

The base build was pre-fitted and included general lighting, power and general distribution. The scope of works was to modify the existing electrical infrastructure to make fit for purpose. This included for the installation of zone lighting, connection and integration of the fire alarms, adaptation of CCTV, Door Access and PAVA systems, which were interfaced with the main airports control systems via the data network.
