Introduction:
We have been awarded the above project to design and build the mechanical and electrical services for the relocation of the outward bound control area. The enabling works consist of diverting all the M&E services around the lift and escalator areas.
Mechanical:
The fit out works consist of a new arrangement of the ventilation systems incorporating existing and new constant volume boxes; re-heat batteries, and grilles/diffusers. Also modifications to the LPWH, domestic water services, air conditioning, fire fighting installations and public health drainage to suit the new floor plan, will be carried out.
Electrical:
The works consist of diverting existing electrical systems to allow for the install of new lifts and access to the new departure lounge. On completion of the works a full electrical system will be designed which is to incorporate existing and new Mains, Sub-mains Fire Alarms, Security, PVA, Data and Access equipment.
