The project consisted of the refurbishment and fit out of the basement to the fourth floor of this Grade 1 listed building. The project was developed as a D&B package to deliver a first class office space within the constraints of a Grade 1 listed building.

  • Installation of a full containment unit for the future installation of telecoms/data systems
  • Installation of a full mains infrastructure to provide capacity for future expansion
