Introduction:

One Park West is the centre piece of the Liverpool City Centre redevelopment programme. Arguably the most sought after address in Liverpool. The accumulation of three tower blocks ranging from 10 to 18 stories totalling 326 apartments with commercial premises at low levels for exciting restaurant, bars and shopping facilities, including below ground car parking spread across 3 levels, due to open early 2009.

Mechanical:

All apartments have individually controlled hydraulic interface units (plate heat exchangers) which supply domestic hot water and a wet radiator heating installation, served by a primary heating landlord circuit from a local district type of heating plant.

Each apartment has mains cold water, ventilation supply & extract heat recovery system & full public health drainage system connecting to pod main and en-suite bathrooms including full automated landlord corridor smoke and car park ventilation and dry riser fire fighting installation.

Electrical:

A&B Engineering has been responsible for the complete electrical installation to this prestigious addition to the Liverpool city centre. Electrical works include complete and extensive lighting installations to all apartments, landlords' areas, and commercial outlets on the lower levels. Emergency lighting is monitored throughout via a Central Monitoring system supported via a static inverter auxiliary supply.

A comprehensive fully addressable fire alarm system was also installed together with door access control and security installation.
