A&B took on the challenge of the upgrade and enhancement of the Food Court area at this busy town centre shopping centre. The challenge was to ensure the minimum of disruption took place and that the work was carried out safely to the highest standards, for the benefit of the staff, the retail units, the public and A&B operatives.

The project, which included the upgrade of a number of redundant retail units to a number of food outlets, included the following works.

Mechanical

New mechanical services were provided to suit the new layout. This involved modifications to the existing gas, water and ventilation systems. The new services have been fully balanced to suit the clients requirements.

Electrical

The provision of high bay lighting, supplemented with spot feature lighting enhances the food court areas. A&B also provided new mains power to all of the new units and upgraded the Fire Alarm, PA, CCTV and security installations.
