Milligans together with Edmund Kirby, identified the opportunity to re-generate one of the North West’s finest and oldest buildings –the Post Office on Whitechapel. The result is an outstanding combination of old and new, providing one of the most stylish shopping areas in the UK.A&B supplied the following services to this project:-
