This 28 Storey Residential Tower comprises of 134 Apartments and duplex penthouses, and was for a period of time the tallest residential tower in the North West of England. A&B were responsible for the complete Design and installation of all Mechanical & Electrical installation for this prestigious project.
Services Provided
We designed and installed the following services on this project:-
Ground floor to level 10 heated by Panel Heaters, Above level 10 Heated by VRV Heat Pumps, Hot and Cold Water, Public Health, Wet Riser Fire Fighting system, Smoke Extraction, Building Management System, Underfloor Heating, High Spec Lighting & Power, Fire Alarm System, Lightning Protection, CCTV & Security and Door Access, External Lighting System Integrated to the Radisson Hotel and Office Building, Thermal Insulation, Commissioning and Client Demonstrations.
The scheme has been fully complete and commissioned and adds to our impressive portfolio of Residential Schemes. This was the first project we delivered on the Old Hall Street site with
Carillion Building. We then went on to deliver the Radisson Hotel, Office Block and eventually Tower West Office and Residential Block.
