The appointment by Bowmer and Kirkland for us to Design and Install the complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services will be our first project working together and one that is hugely exciting for us all. The project will have a total of 112nr Hotel Bedrooms on floors 7 to 10 whilst floors 1 to 6 will comprise of office accommodation. The ground floor will accommodate the Media Hub together with Hotel entrance, lobby, and reception together with restaurant and kitchens too. The Media Hub is expected to be an attractive resource for business users and the local economy and will include hosting work stations, meetings and conference events.
