Innovation Centre 3 (IC3) is a new four storey state-of-the-art building that will provide flexible office space, fully serviced biology and chemistry laboratories, meeting rooms and under croft car parking.

Sanitary Fittings, Rainwater Installation, Drainage and Laboratory Drainage, Hot and Cold Water, Natural Gas, Heating, Ventilation, Fume Extract, Comfort Cooling, Building Management Systems, LV Distribution,General and Emergency Lighting, Radio, TV, CCTV, Access Control, Security, Fire Detection and Alarm, Lightning Protection and Structured Cabling.

It is another success building on other awards that allows us to deploy a number of our directly employed workforce, the majority of whom all live locally and helps with our targeted intake of new Apprentices this year.

This is a £ 2,4 Million project for us and one we will work very hard in partnership with Morgan Sindall
